Projects
Hyphen’s aMRV platform is built to work where climate solutions happen—in the soil, in the atmosphere, in trees, in wetlands, on farms, and beyond.

Empowering Impact Across Every Landscape
From dense tropical forests and coastal mangroves to regenerative farmland, Hyphen supports the full spectrum of nature-based solutions (NbS). Our technology delivers real-time, on-site quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) removals and reductions, unlocking verified carbon credits and emissions claims with transparency and scientific precision.
We don’t stop there.
Our atmospheric-based MRV is also adaptable to industrial applications—including oil & gas operations, landfills, and waste management sites—offering the same level of measurable integrity and accountability.
Project Developers
Hyphen offers end-to-end support—from flux tower installations to registry integration—so your project is ready to generate high-quality, market-ready carbon credits or emissions claims. Want to start a project?
Featured Projects

Ancient Alerce trees, real removals, verified biodiversity impact
The Los Alerces Conservation Project protects nearly 19,000 hectares of Chile’s Valdivian rainforest, a globally rare ecosystem that shelters ancient Alerce trees, endemic wildlife, and rich soil microbial communities. This is one of the most biodiverse temperate forests on Earth—home to species found nowhere else, from the monito del monte to the world’s smallest deer. By conserving this landscape, the project safeguards complex ecological networks while delivering measurable climate impact through continuous, direct monitoring of carbon fluxes. Carbon credits from Los Alerces reflect real removals, rooted in scientific evidence and ecological significance—offering buyers and developers a model of integrity, transparency, and long-term stewardship.

Calibrating aMRV with World-Class Research
Hyphen’s collaboration with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory places its technology at the center of one of the world’s leading climate science ecosystems. At the Chestnut Ridge flux tower—part of NOAA’s Surface Energy Budget Network—Hyphen is testing and refining its atmospheric-based MRV system using decades of high-resolution carbon flux, energy balance, and hydrological data. This controlled, research-intensive environment enables rigorous validation of Hyphen’s algorithms and system performance across forested landscapes. The collaboration strengthens the scientific backbone of Hyphen’s commercial offerings, reinforces trust with carbon market stakeholders, and ensures that every credit issued is grounded in transparent, verifiable data. By investing in this depth of research, Hyphen is not only advancing global understanding of forest carbon dynamics but also setting a higher standard for climate measurement and market integrity.

Sustainable Ranching as Verifiable Climate Impact
McEndree Ranch is a part of the Kateri Sustainable Ranchland initiative, operating under Verra methodology VM0032. The project plays a critical role in testing and validating Hyphen’s atmospheric-based Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (aMRV) system—offering direct GHG measurement at site level. Hyphen deployed two Eddy Covariance Flux Towers and a Long-Term Soil Flux System outfitted with automated gas chambers, all solar-powered for continuous off-grid operation. This project exemplifies precision, speed, and integration. Installation was completed in just three days, and the system is now streaming real-time GHG data directly into Hyphen’s secure client dashboard, accessible to Kateri, Verra, and the landowners.
Scalable Solutions, Anywhere in the World
Hyphen operates a global network capable of deploying our aMRV systems and flux towers across a wide range of geographies — from developed regions to the most remote terrains in the Global South.
We support carbon projects across continents and ecosystems, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse landscapes and project types. Whether in forests, grasslands, wetlands, or agricultural regions,
Hyphen brings high-precision, real-time GHG measurement to where it’s needed most. Hyphen brings buyers the transparency and confidence they need to invest in measurable climate outcomes.
